Returns and Refunds

a. Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +27 82 448 5331. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

b. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
