Our story begins high in the Southern Drakensberg, on the windswept slopes of Khotso Farm. It is here, at an altitude of 1,800 meters, that nature performs its most patient work. Far above the reach of industry and urban life, rainwater begins a silent journey through ancient rock formations, naturally filtering and absorbing a rare mineral fingerprint found nowhere else on earth.

We don’t "manufacture" Sani Springs; we simply protect it. The unique geology of Khotso Farm gifts our water with a natural alkalinity of 8.2 pH and a remarkably high Potassium concentration (12.9 mg/l)—a vital electrolyte that serves as the driving force for health and vitality. Unlike processed waters that require chemical adjustment, Sani Springs emerges from the ground exactly as it was intended: soft, crisp, and biologically perfect.

What began as a simple appreciation for the purity of the mountains has grown into a semi-automated facility dedicated to excellence. While our systems have evolved to meet the needs of national partners like Premier Resorts and Romans Pizza, our heart remains on the farm. Every bottle is a testament to our "Uncompromised Quality," verified by rigorous Talbot laboratory analysis to ensure a standard of purity that is unmatched in the KZN region.
